    Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse by the next business day after payment being received. Longer dispatch can be expected for orders on Backorder or during peak buying times.

    		 Orders are sent via Australia Post’s e-Parcel Express service or Startrack. Once dispatched you will be notified by email and a tracking number will be supplied.

    Freight (Bulky or Heavy Items)
    		 Orders are sent via Direct Freight or StarTrack Road Express service. Once dispatched you will be notified by email and a tracking number will be supplied.

    Hose Factory will accept returns within 30 days of purchase based on the following conditions:

    • Return requests must be lodged with Hose Factory Customer Service within 30 days of purchase via email enquiries@hosefactory.com.au
    • Any shipping fees incurred (if applicable) are non-refundable
    • Item is in its original packaging, unused and in a resellable condition
    • Please package the item to be returned appropriately, affix the Postage Paid Return Label and drop the parcel at any Australia Post outlet.
