Hose Factory – Price Match Guarantee Policy
At Hose Factory, we’re committed to offering the best value on quality hoses, fittings, reels, and accessories. If
you find a lower advertised price on an identical product from an eligible Australian competitor, we’ll match it.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a price match with Hose Factory, the following conditions must be met:
1. Identical Product
The item must be:
- The same brand, model, material, diameter, pressure rating, and specifications
- Sold as the same length, configuration, or kit/bundle
- In stock and available for immediate purchase from both Hose Factory and the competitor
2. Eligible Competitors
We will match prices from:
- Australian retailers or authorised distributors of hoses, fittings, clamps, reels, or related equipment
- Competitors selling directly to the public via online stores or physical locations
We do not price match:
- Marketplace sellers (e.g., eBay, Amazon, Catch)
- Private sellers, auction listings, classifieds, or overseas suppliers
3. Valid Price Evidence
To process your request, please provide one of the following:
- A current advertised price
- A product webpage link
- A written quote dated within the last 7 days
Exclusions
A price match cannot be offered on:
- Clearance, liquidation, discontinued, or factory-second items
- Refurbished or open-box products
- Bulk commercial or wholesale pricing
- Limited-time promotions such as flash sales, daily deals, or special event sales (e.g., Black Friday,EOFY)
- Competitor bundle pricing, coupon codes, loyalty points, or member-only discounts
- Pricing errors, typographical errors, or offers that cannot be verified
- Custom hose assemblies where fittings/length vary from standard retail packages
How to Request a Price Match
You can request a price match before purchase by contacting our Customer Support team: sales@hosefactory.com.au
Please provide the competitor offer and any required proof.
Our team will verify the information and confirm if the item qualifies under our policy.
If approved, we will match the competitor’s price at the time of purchase.
Right to Refuse
Hose Factory reserves the right to refuse a price match if the competitor’s offer does not meet the requirements of this policy or if the price is below our cost.
