Hose Factory provides this warranty against defects from the date of purchase of this product for the warranty period specified on the product packaging and/or product listing. If the packaging and/or product listing for this product does not specify any warranty period, no warranty against defects applies to this product.
This warranty excludes defects caused by after sale damage, neglect, rust, abuse, incorrect use or maintenance, use not in accordance with instructions, user error or use of the product outside the purpose or design specifications for the product. This warranty is void if the product has been modified or attempts to repair the product have been made without the prior written approval of Hose Factory.
ZORRO Australia - Warranties Against Defects
ZORRO Australia provides a manufacturer’s warranty against faulty workmanship in manufacture and/or defective components to the initial purchaser for each new ZORRO branded product purchased in Australia. To make a valid claim under this manufacturer’s warranty the product and proof of purchase must be provided to the retailer. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, adjustments and/or modifications by the consumer or normal wear and tear, the costs of shipping and handling, travel expense, lost time, or pickup and delivery.
