Crusader Rapier is a premium Australian-made heavy-duty layflat hose designed for firefighting, potable drinking water transfer and demanding industrial applications.
Featuring a specially designed blue TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) inner lining, this hose meets AS/NZS 4020 drinking water requirements, making it suitable for transferring water intended for human consumption.
The durable PVC/Nitrile rubber outer cover provides excellent abrasion resistance and is easy to clean, while the reinforced construction delivers strength, flexibility and high-pressure performance.

Important: The blue internal lining is specifically designed for potable water applications. Working pressure and AS 2792 fire hose certification vary by diameter. Hose assemblies must use suitable pressure-rated fittings and couplings.

Hose Factory will accept returns within 30 days of purchase based on the following conditions:
- Return requests must be lodged with Hose Factory Customer Service within 30 days of purchase via email enquiries@hosefactory.com.au
- Any shipping fees incurred (if applicable) are non-refundable
- Item is in its original packaging, unused and in a resellable condition
- Please package the item to be returned appropriately, affix the Postage Paid Return Label and drop the parcel at any Australia Post outlet.
