GATES Multi Master Megaflex Fuel Hydraulic Return Coolant and Water Hose
One hose engineered for four industrial applications: fuel, hydraulic return, coolant and water, Gates Multi Master™ GMV™ MegaFlex™ hose delivers superior performance and ultimate flexibility. Recommended for suction and discharge applications where excellent flexibility is required and applications requiring maximum resistance to air, water, petroleum, and lubricating oils.
- Recommended For: Meets or exceeds SAE 100R4. Meets SAE J30R5 and SAE J20R5 (except tube dimensions). Applications requiring excellent flexibility and maximum resistance to air, water, coolant, petroleum lubricating oils, and refined fuels. Ideal for hydraulic return and suction lines, transferring refined fuels or other petroleum products, and coolant lines.
- For use with GL Couplings [G43 Series], GlobalSpiral™ Plus Couplings [G22 Series] and MegaCrimp™ Couplings [G25 Series].
- Easy installation with 1:1 bend radius which saves time and is kink-free.
- Industry-leading flexibility solves complex routings through tight spaces using less hose.
- Uses a helical spiral-wire to prevent hose collapse under suction.
- Meets SAE 100R4, J30R5, and J20R5 (except tube dimensions).
TUBE Black, Nitrile, oil resistant, ARPM Class A tube. SAE J20 Class B.
REINFORCEMENT Synthetic, high tensile textile with steel wire helix.
COVER Black, chloroprene, corrugated rubber. Meets MSHA flame resistance. SAE J20 Class C.
MAX. WORKING PRESSURE 150psi to 350psi, 10.3 to 24.1 bar.
TEMPERATURE RANGE -40ºC to +135ºC (-40ºF to +275ºF)
COUPLINGS Crimp options in eCrimp. Clamps over steam/beaded nipple for low pressure applications.

Hose Factory will accept returns within 30 days of purchase based on the following conditions:
- Return requests must be lodged with Hose Factory Customer Service within 30 days of purchase via email enquiries@hosefactory.com.au
- Any shipping fees incurred (if applicable) are non-refundable
- Item is in its original packaging, unused and in a resellable condition
- Please package the item to be returned appropriately, affix the Postage Paid Return Label and drop the parcel at any Australia Post outlet.
