ALFAGOMMA 155 Heavy Duty Jack Hammer Compressed Air Hose 300PSI is engineered for high-performance applications in the toughest environments. Specifically designed for heavy-duty applications, this Italian-manufactured hose is ideal for both mining and construction. With a maximum working pressure of 20 bar (300 psi), it ensures consistent and reliable performance under pressure.
The hose features a robust construction with a black SBR/NBR tube that is resistant to oil mist, providing longevity and reliability even in harsh conditions. Reinforced with high tensile textile cords, it boasts enhanced durability and resistance to abrasion, making it suitable for demanding tasks.
For the outer layer, black SBR material is used, which is not only abrasion-resistant but also ozone-resistant, protecting the hose from weathering and extending its usable life. This hose can operate within a temperature range of -30 °C to +80 °C (-22 °F to +176 °F), making it versatile for various environmental conditions.
One of the unique features of the ALFAGOMMA 155 is its safety factor, which is engineered for reliability: a ratio of 3:1 for hoses with a diameter of ≤ 51 mm and a 2.5:1 for hoses with a diameter of ≥ 63 mm. This means that even under extreme conditions, it maintains a high level of safety.
To facilitate ease of use, the ALFAGOMMA 155 comes assembled with two Minquip Claw Couplings at the hose ends, available with a choice of Type A or Type S claw couplings. This feature allows for quick connections and disconnections, which is essential on job sites where efficiency is crucial.

Hose Factory will accept returns within 30 days of purchase based on the following conditions:
- Return requests must be lodged with Hose Factory Customer Service within 30 days of purchase via email enquiries@hosefactory.com.au
- Any shipping fees incurred (if applicable) are non-refundable
- Item is in its original packaging, unused and in a resellable condition
- Please package the item to be returned appropriately, affix the Postage Paid Return Label and drop the parcel at any Australia Post outlet.
